To begin with, you should plan your meals and adhere strictly to what you have planned. Try eating a balanced diet, preferably a small meal after every two to four hours. Then plan healthy food in your diet, food that will give you all the necessary vitamins, proteins and etc. you should consider keeping oatmeal, brown rice in your diet plan rather than cakes and creams. Stop drinking sodas and eating junk especially chocolate. Following the diet plan comes drinking optimum amount of water i.e 8-10 glasses of water daily. This is to control the water retention causes by steroid intake. The worst part of water retention is that it leads to weight gain, which is something you really don’t want to do. Lastly exercise, at least an hour and a half, on daily basis. When you exercise it is important that you sweat, this will show that your excessive calories are being used up.
